27 OCT: REST

I need a day of rest. No jogging. No sprints. No boxing / kickboxing skills and drills. Just sitting around and taking it easy today. So far I have managed to stay on track with:
  • 3 on - 1 off
  • 3 on - 1 off
  • 4 on - 1 off

That's 10 days of training in the last 13. And at least one of those days included 2 workouts.
