14 OCT: 1st training post-op

Yesterday was my first time training after etting my nasal/sinus surgery. It felt good to push again, but I had a lot of blood in my nose this morning (a day later) as a result. I'll have to ease back into it.



The workout:


  1. walking lunges: to the stop sign and back, twice. Down and back is about 20-30 lunges total.

  2. Back squat: 45 x 10; 95 x 10; 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 10

That's all. Nothing big. And I still had some surgical backlash as a result. oh well. I'll get there.
