24 OCT: arms on Sunday

The gym was closed, so I did what I could.

1. Bicep / Tricep superset:
  • skull crushers: 95 x 5, 5, 5, 7, 8
  • barbell curls: 95 x 3, 3, 4, 5, 6

2. Reverse grip EZ-bar curl: 75 x 8, 8, 8, 9

3. Alt DB count-ups: 12s x 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
