24 AUG: Strength workout A1-1

Holy cow! This is harder than I expected. It is about 12 hours since I trained and I am SORE!!

1) Barbell calves raise: 245x25, 25
2) Squat: 205x5; 225x5; 235x5
3) Bulgarian squat: bodyweight x 10, 10 per leg
4) Bench press: 155x5; 175x5; 185x5
5A) Barbell curls: 65x12; 12, 10, 10
5B) Dips: 8, 6, 7, 6
