1 AUG: 2nd conditioning workout

This was a simple one courtesy of Crossfit. I had to scale it for my abilities

As RXed by crossfit:
- 3 rounds for time of:

  1. Squat thrusters: 95 x 21, 15, 9
  2. Pullups: 21, 15, 9

As performed by me:
- 3 rounds for time of:

  1. Squat thrusters: 85 x 21, 15, 9
  2. Pullups: 10, 8, 6

my time: 6:51

When I can complete in under 4 minutes, I'm going to increase the number of pullups.
