2 FEB: CRUSHED
Man, I'm still sore from the weekend running. but I attempted to get my 1 rep maxes today anyway.
Squat: 335 lbs
Overhead press: 155 lbs (down about 30 lbs)
Deadlift: 275 lbs (NOT my real max!)
I'm going to do bench press tonight. My deadlift SHOULD be around 400 lbs, but when I attempted 345 on squat, it stappled me to the squat rack pins!!! So my back was more than a little fatigued when I tried deadlift
