1) Hammer curls: 35s x 10, 10, 10, 9
2) Rvs EZ Bar curls: 75 x 12, 10
3) Bulgarian squats: 10s x 12, 10
4) Front squats: 165 x 10, 10; 175 x 10, 10
5) Upright row: 85 x 10, 10, 10
6) Bench press: 185 x 10, 10, 8
