26 JAN: run

Nothing special today. Just an easy 2 mile afternoon run. The weather is pretty sloppy outside. I figure that if I can trudge through this, I have no excuse for missing any more workouts.

1 week till I start my CrossFit phase.

I worked out in the rain, too. This morning I did a 40 min kettle bell workout in my back yard. I was punishing myself for skipping yesterday. I'm still sore from flag football!
