09 JAN: half a workout

I only did some of what I planned to do.

1A) Barbell curls: 65 x 8, 8, 8, 8
1B) Skull crushers: 65 x 8, 8, 8, 8
2) Hindu squats: 20, 25, 20


I tried to get a workout in while the kids were playing outside and it just wasn't happening. I'd rather play with them and get the weekend started, anyway. :)
