5 days without training?

How the heck did that happen?  I missed Wednesday because I worked late.  Then the next thing I know - it is Monday morning.

Well, I'm going to do Friday's workout today, 18 FEB, and push the weights as far as I can.  Same for Wednesday and Friday.

After this week, I'm on to phase II, which will bump my schedule to 4 days of lifting per week, and incorporate small doses of MetCons.  I'm ready to feel more athletic again, and start getting a little lighter.
