  1. handstand pushup:  10
  2. Tri-set ladders:
    a. Clean:  165 x 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1
    b. Press:  165 x 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1; 1-1-1
    c. Pullup:  +10 x 1-2-3; 1-2-3; 1-2-3; 1-2-3; 1-2-3
  3. Upright row: 85 x 10, 10, 10, 7
  4. Upright snow angels:  10s x 12, 10, 8, 6
  5. FreeMotion tricep extension:  30x10; 40x10; 50x10; 60x10; 70x10; 80x10, 7, 7
