9 JAN: walking
The weather was crap on Monday. I was a day ahead of schedule because I lifted on Sunday, so I wanted to get a MetCon in on Monday. The plan was:
5 rounds for time of:
5 rounds for time of:
- 1/4 run
- 20 knee to elbow pushups
- 20 situps
Since the ground was soaking wet, and it was about 45 degrees, I just did a 2 mile walk at a brisk pace. Better than staying in, and Lord knows I can't stomach cardio machines.
