2 July workout: Random stuff

A bunch of guys were supposed to meet me around lunch time for a fight conditioning session. I was the only one that showed, so I made it short

3 rounds of jump rope (3 mins per round, 30 second rest)
1 round for stretching
3 rounds of shadow boxing
3 rounds working the heavy bag

It wasn't the hardest I've ever worked, but it is better than nothing.

where is the heavy bag at dell? i know what its like when people flake on you. Let me know if youre up for some hill running this weekend.

The heavy bag isn't exactly a REAL heavy bag. Its a free standing one, with a water-weighted base. the padding is nominal and it doesn't take much force to feel that the mass is primarily a hollow plastic tube. I could apply much force to and strickes, so i just focused on speed, fluidity of my combos, and crisp technique.
