16 MAR: Reloaded
I'm not sure what came over me, but I couldn't rest or eat enough over the last few days. I needed a short break from training. I ate like a pig and slept like a hibernating bear. I feel fantastic now!!
I think maybe my body needed to reload and repair. I'm back at this week.
