  3. bench press:  155x 10, 10, 8
  4. t-bar row: 50x12; 60x10; 70x8; 55x12; 65x10; 75x8
  5. prone fly:  10s x 10, 10, 10, 10
  6. squat:  155x12; 185x10; 205x8; 225x8
  7. Bulgarian squat:  BW x 10/10, 10/10, 10/10
