Simple, straight forward, quick, and intense


  1. FBGM (warm-up): 85 x 12

  2. Deadlift: 225 x 10; 275 x 10; 295 x 7

  3. Front squat: 135 x 15, 15, 15

  4. Back squat: 115 x 25

Now I'm really gassed, but should be ready for upper body later this evening.
