The pulling complex is suprisingly fatiguing! I LOVE it!
  1. Pulling complex (trap tri-set)
    a. snatch grip high pull: 95 x 6; 105 x 6, 6
    b. clean grip high pull: 95 x 6; 105 x 6, 6
    c. bent row w/ scap contract: 95 x 6; 105 x 6, 6
  2. Power clean from blocks: 135 x 5, 5; 145 x 5, 5
  3. dumbbell shrug: 50s x 25
  4. medium grip pulldown (to sternum): 140 x 10, 10, 10, 10
  5. Upper chest super-set
    a. Incline bench press: 185 x 5, 5, 3; 135 x 7, 4
    b. Incline dumbbell fly: 25s x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
  6. Dumbbell bench press: 45s x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
  7. Dragon fly: 5, 3, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
