17 JUL: deadlift day

What a nice Saturday. not too hot for a change and just enough breeze to cool down the garage. The was my first deadlift workout of Phase 2. All in all, not bad for a first-run effort.

  1. Single leg donkey calf raise: BW x 30 each leg
  2. Sumo deadlift: 185 x 5; 205 x 5; 225 x 5
  3. Snatch grip deadlift: 135 x 5; 175 x 5; 205 x 5


Short, sweet, and on target.
