Did the full workout today, and it felt great.
  1. 10 min recumbant bike:
  2. Bicep / Abs superset
    a. incline dumbbell curl:  25s x 8, 8, 8, 5, 8
    b. leg raise off bench:  BW x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
  3. EZ-bar reverse curl:  35 x 12, 12, 12, 12, 12
  4. dips: 22 reps total
  5. pushups:  20 reps total (right pec/shoulder still gassed from Saturday throwing practice)
  6. overhead press: 115 x 5; 120 x 5, 5, 5, 5
