18 JUL: AM Leg work

Straight forward, but not easy.


  1. Front squat: (warm-up with 135 x 10) 165 x 10, 10; 175 x 10

  2. Sumo DL: 175 x 15, 15, 15

  3. Back squat: 135 x 25

Althought this was hard, I can tell I'll need a bit more volume.
