Simple, straight forward, quick, and intense
- FBGM (warm-up): 85 x 12
- Deadlift: 225 x 10; 275 x 10; 295 x 7
- Front squat: 135 x 15, 15, 15
- Back squat: 115 x 25
Now I'm really gassed, but should be ready for upper body later this evening.
