7 MAR: Another great one

Phase2, wk2, day4

Great day.  Nice way to clear my head in the middle of a frustrating day at work.
  1. Complex:
    a. Bent row:  115 x 3,3,3
    b. Romanaian deadlift:  115 x 3,3,3
    c. Hang clean:  115 x 3,3,3
    d. Front squat:  115 x 3,3,3
    e. Overhead press:  115 x 3,3,3
  2. Front squat: 155x10; 185x8; 205x6; 225x6
     
  3. Back squat: 135x20; 155x15 (HARD!!!!!)
     
  4. Metcon:  max rounds in 7 mins of
    a. 1-arm kettlebell swing:  45lb x 5+5
    b. burpee x 5
    total:  4 rounds.  Burpees sucked the wind out of my lungs and life out of my legs.  Heart rate was probably ABOVE maximal!!!!
