6MAR: AM work

Phase2, wk2, day3.

AM workout:
  1. 73lb t-bell swings:  2,3,5,10
    The first "sets" of 2, 3, and 5 reps are just warm-up.  Since changing weights isn't practical, I just start with fewer reps.
  2. Walk with dog:  1 mile.
