No cardio before deadlifts.  my shins and calves were already sore from Thursday.
  1. deadlift: 245 x 5; 265 x 5; 275 x 5
  2. flatback goodmorning:  85 x 10, 10; 95 x 10, 10
  3. wood chopper:  80 x 15/15; 15/15
  4. reverse wood chopper:  80 x 5/5, 7, 7
