  2. Leg press: 360 x 12; 380 x 12; 410 x 12

  3. Squat: 155 x 8; 185 x 8; 205 x 8, 8

  4. Leg extension: 140 x 12, 12, 12; 130 x 12, 12

  5. Ab wheel: 1 x 15

  6. Plank: 1 minutes

Lots of stretching. My quads are swollen and numb.
