  2. pullup: bw x 10
  3. deadlift: 275 x 6
  4. dip: bw x 10
  5. deadlift: 275 x 6
  6. chinup: bw x 6
  7. deadlift: 275 x 6
  8. dip: bw x 8
  9. deadlift: 275 x 6
  10. chinup: 15lbs x 3

Heavy bag work:
1 minute on, 1 minute off. x 3 'rounds'
