- Overhead press: 135 x 6, 6, 6
- Snatch grip deadlift: 275 x 6, 6, 6
- Incline dumbbell curl: 35s x 8, 8
- Farmers walk: 350lbs (175 each arm) for 30 yards
- Side plank: 1 min per side.
