    d. Front squat: 65 x 8; 75 x 8, 8
    e. FBGM: 65 x 8; 75 x 8, 8

  2. Chin-ups: 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4 (40 reps total)

  3. Overhead press: 135 x 6, 6, 6

  4. Snatch grip deadlift: 275 x 6, 6, 6

  5. Incline dumbbell curl: 35s x 8, 8

  6. Farmers walk: 350lbs (175 each arm) for 30 yards

  7. Side plank: 1 min per side.
