4th cycle through these training sessions. Maintaining 3 on, 1 off is becoming difficult due to work and family commitments, but I'm still getting through all 3 sessions, just taking longer than 4 days.

b. plank step-out: x 10,10,10,10,10 - EZ bar reverse curl: 45 x 10,10,10,10,10
- Dips: 34 total
- pushups: 34 total
- overhead press: 115 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
