23 APR: deadlift day

100 reps of deadlift with 185 lbs. Not nearly as exhausting as I'd hoped for. I did 10 sets of 10 with 60 seconds rest. Next time I'll bump the weight up to 205.

Since I wasn't as tired as I expected to be, I did a bunch of chin ups. Mostly doing 2 reps, then a brief 10-20 second pause before doing another 1-3 reps.
