5 MAR: 2nd workout
My fiance and I were bored so we did a strength-based workout.
1) Squat: 225 x 10; 275 x 5
2) Bent row: 95 x 13; 105 x 9
3) 1 rep chin-up: 20 seconds up, 20 seconds hold at top; 40 seconds down
4) Bench press: 205 x 6, 5
5) 1 rep dip: 10 seconds up, 20 seconds hold at top, 20 seconds down
