6 SEP: Conditioning

My wife and I went to the Gulf of Mexico on 6 SEP, so I squeezed in a quick conditioning workout.

  1. treadmill: 0.5 miles in 10 minutes at 4 degree incline
  2. Conditioning work:
    a. 35lb KB swing left arm:  5 x 10
    b. 35lb KB swing right arm:  5 x 10
    c. Box jump:  5 x 10
