14 JAN: Shoulders and Arms

One of the last few sessions with the trainer today.  We did a ton of variations of laterals, front raises, prone raises, and shrugs.  We discovered two glaring weaknesses:  traps, and front delts.  Time to fix that.

Then we did gobs of curls and extensions and close grip bench presses.
