10 FEB: late night lifting

I didn't get started till 10:30, so I ended up cutting this short:

1. jump rope: 3 mins
2A. overhead press: 110 x 10, 10, 14
2B: pullup: 4, 5, 6
3. bench press: 155 x 10, 10, 12

too damn tired to do anything else.
