I did 5 rounds of the following:
  1. wide grip pullup x 1
  2. dips x 2
  3. 80lb kb swing x 5
  4. squat jump x 10
  5. medium grip pullup x 2
  6. dips x 3
  7. 80lb kb swing x 5
  8. squat jump x 10
  9. chinup x 3
  10. dips x 5
  11. 1-arm KB swing x 5 each
  12. squat jump x 10
