Great day for both me and my training partner.
  1. jump rope:  2 x 2mins
  2. bench press:  185 x 5; 205 x 5; 225 x 5
  3. deadlift: 295 x 5; 315 x 5; 345 x 5
  4. MetCon: Complex
    a. Hang snatch: 95 x 6, 6, 6, 6
    b. Snatch grip shrug: 95 x 6, 6, 6, 6
    c. High&wide bent row: 95 x 6, 6, 6, 6
    d. Straight leg deadlift: 95 x 6, 6, 6, 6
    e. alternatindg dumbbell curls: 30s x 6, 6, 6, 6
  5. Core circuit:
    a. side plank:  1 min each side
    b. 3-pt plank: 20 sec each position
    d. back bridge:  2 x 15-20 seconds
