1 FEB: 1/2 ass

I didn't start my training till 9:45 PM, so I cut out the extras and just did about 1/2 the planned work, and will do the other half on Thursday.



  1. Jump rope: 4 rounds of 3min - 1min rest

  2. Chin-up ladders: 1-2-3-4-5, 1-2-3-4-5, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4 (60 total)

  3. Bench press: 205 x 8, 7, 7
