13 JAN PM: Boxing / kickboxing

We did a slow buildup using the heavy bag. Since we were alternating on the heavy bag, it workout out to:
- 2 min heavy bag,

- 2.5 min rest

We did this for 6 rounds each

After that,
I got in 3 rounds (2min / 1min rest) focusing on kick / punch combos and movement.
