1DEC2014: wk5-d2

Just an easy treadmill session.  I was sore, tired, and cold, so it was a shabby session.

4 rounds of:
- 1 min run at 5.5 mph / 4 degree incline
- 2 min walk at 3 mph / 4 degree incline
