25 JUL: Swimming

Nothing structured; just a bunch of swimming with the family. I usually warm up with a couple of laps submerged. I suppose my distance is about 20 yards under water before I come up for air.

I did 4 laps using normal freestyle - crawl stroke, then 2-3 laps of breast stroke.
