6 OCT: Lousy effort
Not sure why but I've been very unmotivated the last 7-10 days
1) hang snatch: 115 x 5, 4, 5
2) deadlift: 225 x 8, 2
that was it. I quit and it pisses me off. I'm going to get Wednsday right!
