22 FEB: fasted cardio
I wanted to run at 5:30, but the slight drop in temp was all the excuse I needed to put it off till 9:00.
The results:

- 1/2 mile walk to the park
- 3 laps jog on the track at the park = ~1/2mile
- Sprints:
8 x 75 yards (using my best estimate as nothing is marked) - 1 lap hard run = ~250-300 yards
- 1/2 mile walk back home
